Callie Carlson

Founder & CEO

Callie Carlson, Founder and CEO of CC Property Management, was born and raised right here in the Black Hills. She found and married her soul mate in Rapid City, and together they decided this was the right place for them to raise their eight children. Rapid City has been a wonderful place to build her business and home.

Callie started her career in Real Estate in 2001 when she became a Real Estate Agent and in 2013, she made the decision to become a Property Manager and begin her company, CC Property Management. Callie radiates honesty, integrity, determination, and dedication. She strives to provide the best experience for all her clients. Applying her hard-working principles into all aspects of her life has allowed her to succeed.

Callie is truly invested in CCPM. Her experience in Real Estate, customer service, and her familiarity with Property Management laws make her an asset to owner’s and tenants alike.

Kachiri Brown

General Manager/Property Manager

A native to the Black Hills, Kachiri spent her childhood and young adult years in the Rapid City area before taking time to travel and explore new areas of the country. In 2017, she obtained her associates degree in mathematics. She returned home to South Dakota in 2018, and began her career at CC Property Management. After gaining more experience and knowledge in the field, she obtained her license for Property Management in 2019.

A dedicated dog-mom of two, she spends her free time enjoying nights at the softball field, sunshine filled days at the lake, or quiet nights with her friends and family.

Kachiri is intelligent, honest, driven, and will do whatever it takes to ensure her clients are taken care of as if they were family. A key player on the CC Property Management team, Kachiri devotes her time and energy to her career and making sure things are done right the first time.

Kelly Culberson

Property Manager

Kelly Culberson is a lifelong resident of South Dakota and has lived in the Black Hills since 1993.  She has built a wonderful life here and only recently has become interested in the real estate world.  Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Communications from Montana State University – Billings MT.   Kelly has a deep background in finance and customer service which suits her well.

Kelly has three adult children that she adores and loves to spend time with.  She and her husband have many hobbies but most importantly they love to spend time with family and friends.

Dedicated to everything she does, Kelly will work hard to accomplish your goals and fulfill your property management needs.

Kerri McLain-Carey

Virtual Assistant

Kerri was born and raised on the Oregon coast and then lived in Salem, OR, until she moved to Rapid City in 2017. She then married her husband, who was stationed at Ellsworth AFB, and became a stepmom to six. Joining the field of real estate and property management allowed her to get to know the Rapid City area and locally owned businesses. In May 2021, she joined the CC Property Management team as a Residential Rental Agent.

Kerri enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling to see them. Give her the car, some music, and the open road, and she is one happy girl. She moved to Nevada in September 2023 to be closer to family and now works remotely as a Virtual Assistant for CC Property Management. Her “assistants” are a golden retriever and a sphynx cat.

In her spare time, Kerri enjoys reading, going for walks, going shooting with her husband and dad, and various art projects, such as diamond dot art or adult coloring books. She also enjoys going to church and is taking various online courses just to learn and become more valuable. Don’t forget binge-watching crime drama shows…

Jeanie Scott

Property Manager

Born in Rapid City, raised in Kansas started her career working in mortgaging business and quickly became interested in the property management side of real estate. Jeanie started with CC Property management in 2022 as a residential rental agent and obtained her property management license within the year.

Jeanie enjoys quality time with her husband and son. In her free time, Jeanie enjoys hiking, hunting and anything that challenges her creative mind.

Hannah Wittenmyer

Leasing Agent

Hannah Wittenmyer was born and raised right here in Rapid City, South Dakota. During high school, she participated in various sports. After graduating from Central High School in 2017, she embarked on an adventure in the hotel industry.

While enjoying the customer service aspect of hotels, Hannah felt ready for a career change. In August of 2023, she joined our CCPM team and obtained her Residential Agent License.

Hannah’s priorities revolve around family and her daughter. She finds joy in camping, watching sunsets, swimming, and indulging in pizza. During the winter, you’ll find her cozied up on the couch with her two cats.

Devyn Antone

Leasing Agent

Devyn Antone was born in Rapid City, SD, and raised in Johnstown, WY. After deciding to move back to South Dakota in 2015, having grown accustomed to small-town living, she chose to set up residence in one of South Dakota’s smallest towns, New Underwood.

Recently married, Devyn is thrilled to continue expanding her family! She currently has one wonderful daughter and another one on the way. Family time and outdoor activities, such as cookouts, rodeos, and bike rides, fill their weekends and evenings. Devyn shares her home with 1 cat, 3 dogs, and 8 chickens and ducks. Raised in a rodeo family, she has high hopes of passing on that tradition to her growing family.

Devyn embarked on her property management journey in 2020 after graduating from New Underwood High School. In October of 2023, she joined CC Property Management, eager to advance her career in real estate. Her passion for the field drives her to continually learn and adapt in the ever-changing world of property management.
